Objectiviy and Journalism

Objectivity and journalism are two words that rarely gotogether now a days. Objectivity is a word that is hard to define, or rather it is an easy word that can be moulded according to each ones interest. Objectivity on the same time complex and simple.
When a journalist reports an incident 1st he sees it through his own eyes, interprets it with his own ideals and then he present it in a way that is objective to his preceptions (If he intends to presnt ojectively). Obviously the news is objective in a sense that is objective to the (only) presenter. You may agree that, this is not what is called objective. Our precemption about objectivity is slightly diffrent from the presenter. So, in a true sense ojectivity is uttopian. All the gwa gwa about objectivity is absurd.
Now the question arises. If there is nothing called objectivity, why labour for providing the reders the truth. The truth is that thereis nothing called perfect.
What we all working for is that un acheivable perfection, that is what we can work for, and that is what man kind had been working for since time immemorial. That had moved the man kind from the jungles to the modern world. Since perfect is uttopian, there is always scope for improvement. So there is no time for stopping. The case is same with Ojectivity. Try to be more objective each time
