ഹൈ കോടതി ബന്ച്ച് അനുവദിക്കില്ല: കേന്ദ്രം

തിരുവനന്തപുരത്ത്‌ ഹൈക്കോടതി ബഞ്ച്‌ അനുവദിക്കാനാവില്ലെന്ന്‌ കേന്ദ്ര സര്‍ക്കാര്‍ അറിയിച്ചു. കേരള ഹൈക്കോടതിയുടെ അനുമതിയില്ലാതെ കേന്ദ്ര സര്‍ക്കാരിന്‌ മാത്രമായി ഇക്കാര്യത്തില്‍ ഒന്നും ചെയ്യാനാവില്ലെന്നാണ്‌ കേന്ദ്രനിയമ മന്ത്രാലയം സംസ്ഥാന സര്‍ക്കാരിനെ അറിയിച്ചത്‌. കേന്ദ്ര നിയമന്ത്രി എച്ച്‌.ആര്‍ ഭരദ്വാജ്‌ ഇക്കാര്യം വ്യക്തമാക്കി മുഖ്യമന്ത്രിക്ക്‌ കത്തെഴുതിയിട്ടുണ്ട്‌. തിരുവനന്തപുരത്ത്‌ ബഞ്ച്‌ സ്ഥാപിക്കണമെന്ന സംസ്ഥാന സര്‍ക്കാരിന്റെ ആവശ്യം ഹൈക്കോടതി നിരാകരിച്ചതിനെ തുടര്‍ന്നാണ്‌ സംസ്ഥാന സര്‍ക്കാര്‍ കേന്ദ്രസര്‍ക്കാരിനെ സമീപിച്ചത്‌ .

The way media reported the Lavlin issue and 'NAVAKERALAYATHRA' we thought, this is the end of the road for CPI(M). what were the gossips- VS will not attend the navakerala yathra , he will be thrown out of the party, CPI(M) will split, VS will form a new party........ What happenend? Simply Nothing!!!!!.
CPI(M) the partial media like it or not, still CPI(M) remains as the biggest party in the state.
The way Indiavision and Manorama news reported VS's speech, like Pinarai Vijayan says - now I think, there do exist a Madhyama Syndicate.
