Women's day Hope

Another Women's Day with lots of emerging thoughts to protect women. Here in India we have police stations ,courts,women commissions....but all proved ,these are not adequate to protect women.
First International Women's Day was in 1911. It is celebrated for the economic , political and social achievements of women. Her achievements are higher but she continues to face physical and mental torture. Another painful subject is sexual harassment but she does not talk about her bitter experience because they don't get proper support from society.Women are blamed for provoking men by their dress , but remember the fact whether she is 6months old or 60 years old ,beautiful or not ,they all face sexual harassment. Then no doubt men's mental attitude is the main reason for all injustice against women .
In 2005 India government passed "The Protection Of Women From Domestic Violence Act".Of course, it helped women to get their justice but , increasing number of transgressions shows men's attitude towards women not changed yet. After this women's day we can hope injustice against women will reduce though we have several recent issues to point out. We need strong unity to prevent these kind of situations and more powerful trial to give maximum punishments to the convicted.
