Everywhere in India people talking about Oscar winning film 'Slum Dog Millionaire'. Before and after the announcement of Oscar , still its a matter of discussion. Why Indian slum got much popularity than ever before?..whats the exact reason behind this? Some people say that a foreigner pictured an Indian story so its managed to get Oscar. That may be a factor of three Indian's Oscar Glory of Success .
India has different culture and out looks ..considering this we can say our slums have different story to tell what they haven't had. That's the success of'' Slum Dog millionaire'. I haven't any slum experience but i seen slums of Kerala ,Madras and Bangalore .I think these slums might not have the same story what Dany Boye showcased as Indian slum. India showing its diversity through language , culture and life style ...though it has unity . Anyway Danny pictured the reality of Bombay slum so he needs to be appreciated for his work.
We can enjoy this Oscar though its not one of the Super Normal awards. Through this film two children Mohmmed Azharudin Ismail and Rubina Ali from Bombay slum got new life. Their hopes and aspirations are no doubt , those among the people of slums who live from hand to mouth.
