Goverment has slapped a shaw cause notice to US based Continental airlines for frisking of former Indian president APJ Abdul kalam at Indira Gandhi International airport New Delhi on April 24th of this year. "This act of frisking the former president is absolutely unpardonable and beyond the scope of the laws of our country" Civil aviation minister Praful Patel said the Rajya Sabha on Tuesday.
