Washington (PTI): The US has said "meaningful action" from India and China is necessary to make any substantial progress on climate change.
"If we are going to make progress on climate change, we need meaningful action not only by the developing world and the United States, but by the developing world, including countries like China and India," Assistant Secretary of State for Public Affairs, P J Crowley, told reporters at the daily State Department press conference.
