Man arrested for showig his PVt Partz

India iz nt an Exception........wen i read a news frm Australia i became happy,why because i thought only in India men exposing their privt parts.But todayitself i changed my notionz ........an Austalian man exposed himself to a 10year old girl on Sydneys North Shore.Police arrested and charged the man ofobscene exposure in a public place.Bt i hav a doubt...... if it was nt on apublic place wat would be the action of police...
