18year old Belgian girl blamed tattooist for makig her face lik a witch.She saidtattooist for three starz on her face bt the Flemish speaking tattooist couldntundrstand her French and English instructions so he tattooed 56 stars instd of3.But tattooist denid wat the gurl has said.
