A Friend is some one
Who is always ready with a pep talk and a sunny smile
Who is there with you ,when you walk that extra mile
Who laughs with you on every little thing and pats your back whether you fail or win ,
Who accepts you with your best and worst and doesn't try to change you ,even if you must
You may pull pranks on each other and argue and fight
But you know that your friend will never really mind
Who cheers you up ,when things go wrong
Gives you a hug and a shoulder to lean on
Even when you are apart
A friend is just a thought away
A simple letter or a surprise call and the gossip starts right away
So there is a person on whom you can always depend
It simply is the difference between a stranger and a friend.
